1. Moisten serving size pieces of fish with
water. Shake off excess.
2. Pour Capt. Lou’s ©2006 Fish Fry blend
(as much as you need) into a shallow
bowl or paper bag, roll or shake until
evenly coated. (add nothing)
3. Set fish aside. Allow Capt. Lou’s ©2006
fish fry blend to be absorbed into the
fish (15-20 min.)
4. In a heavy skillet heat your favorite
frying oil (half the depth of your fish)
to 350 . Check your oil’s frying temp.

5. Place coated fish in pan gently with
tongs. Cook 2-4 min. Turn fish over
cook another 2-4 min. or until fish is
golden brown or easily flakes with fork. |
